Boise State’s Main Collective Refuses To Drop Major Deals On Freshman
Boise State plans to spend its limited resources on more established players and fill the holes in the roster via transfers.
It is not uncommon for schools outside the Power Four to adopt these strategies and not offer much in the way of guaranteed payments to true freshmen.
It is illegal for a coach, or athletic department, to restrict freshmen from participating in NIL.
Boise State rarely signs a top 300 prospect, and most of their high school recruits rank outside the top 100 at their position.
Manning’s Deal With Panini America Benefits Central Texas NonProfit
Manning’s partnership with Panini is his first NIL deal and will see the company create trading cards and offer exclusive autographs.
All proceeds will go to St David’s HealthCare and St David’s Foundation.
Manning joins his teammate Quinn Ewers in signing an exclusive deal with the card company.

Devon Russell, a Boston College lacrosse commit, and the No. 3-ranked national recruit in the Class of 2024 signs an NIL deal with equipment companies STX and Lax.com.
Russell will be paid to promote the company on social media through instructional videos on aspects of the game such as draw controls and shooting.
